This campaign was in collaboration with the Wollongong vintage store Wandering Merchants. Rachel worked with the owners of the store to coordinate a bright & colourful editorial to feature in a magazine (Coexist) to explore the inspirational people behind the slow fashion movement, acting as a guide and educational resource on sustainable fashion choices for young women.
Rachel profiled the owners of Wandering Merchants to appear alongside their styling. She also wrote accompanying articles about the impacts of fast fashion, successfully positioning vintage shopping as a fun and creative way to support local businesses and fulfil the desire to shop.
Coexist was Rachel's Journalism & Professional Writing thesis project: an online interactive zine exploring the inspirational people behind the slow fashion movement. Acting as a guide and educational resource for young women, it profiled business owners, vintage store keepers and artists through Rachel's interviews, photography and writing.
